I put together a list of our favorite restaurants in Dillon. Dillon is going through a growing period and added some new restaurants in the last year. Bistro North, Saved by the Wine, and Vue Rooftop to name a few. I will continue to update this list as we try new places!

Breakfast & Brunch
Arapahoe Café - **currently closed 😭** Best Breakfast in Summit County, in my opinion! Their chicken & waffles with a side of bacon jam is my go-to. Their avocado toast and chicken & biscuits are my runner ups. It’s all so yummy!!
Lunch & Dinner
Chimayo Mexican Grill - my favorite fish tacos & burritos in Summit County! You pick a style & protein then get to customize the rest. Also, frozen margaritas from a machine.
Arapahoe Café - **currently closed 😭** BBQ & American style comfort food!
Last Chance Pizza - our favorite pizza joint in Dillon. They also have a dairy free cheese option.
Dillon Dam Brewery - large menu with tons of beer options. It’s great for kids & families.
Drinks & Sweets
Tiki Bar - my summertime watering hole lol the food is snack style but the drinks are delicious and strong. Not to mention it has one of the best views in town.
